Agility Drills

There is one cone in the middle with two cones placed 5 yards away on opposite ends. Start with one hand placed on the cone facing forward with the two cones on your right and left sides respectively. Sprint to one cone (5 yards), touch and sprint to the opposite cone (10 yards), touch, and sprint back to the beginning cone (5 yards). Repeat in opposite direction.
Progress the drill by making it reactive by having to decide which way to go first.

Set up 4 cones in a box formation, 5 yards apart from each other.
Start at cone 1, sprint to cone 4. Turn over shoulder backpedal to cone 3. Shuffle to cone 2, Sprint through to cone 1.
Start at cone 1, sprint to cone 2. Turn over shoulder, backpedal to cone 3. Shuffle to cone 4 Sprint to cone 1.
Start at cone 1, sprint to cone 2, shuffle to cone 3, back pedal to cone 4, shuffle through cone 1.
Start at cone 1, sprint to cone 4, shuffle to cone 3, back pedal to cone 2, shuffle through cone 1
Start at cone 1, sprint to cone 2, backpedal back to 1. Sprint diagonal to cone 3, backpedal to cone 4. Sprint diagonal to cone 2. Finish by backpedaling through cone 1.

Set four cones up in the form of a diamond about and set the fifth cones in the middle. Each of the outer cones should be 10 feet away from the center.
Starting at cone 1 facing cone 5, turn and sprint to cone 2, touch and return to 1. Turn sprint to cone 3, touch and return to 1. Turn sprint to cone 4, touch, and return to 1. Finish by turning and sprinting through cone 5.

Begin by sprinting 10 yards to cone B, side shuffling to either D, touch the cone, shuffle all the way to cone C, touch the cone, shuffle back to cone B, finishing by backpedaling to cone A. Repeat in opposite direction.

Set up 3 cones as if in an āLā, each 5 yards apart. Starting at cone 1, sprint to cone 2, touch and immediately turn to sprint back to cone 1. Touch cone 1, turn and run back to 2 and around the outside of it, weaves inside cone 3 and then around the cone 3 and around cone 2 finishing in a sprint to cone 1.

Start at cone 1. Sprint 5-7 yards to cone 2. Back shuffle diagonally to cone 3, sprint forward to cone 4, back shuffle diagonally, and continue this process ending with a 10 yard sprint. Repeat this process the opposite direction.
